While sessions are intuitively led based on the needs of your group, every session will have some form of breath, gentle controlled movement, and deep relaxation. 🤩 𝙀𝘼𝘾𝙃 𝙎𝙀𝙎𝙎𝙄𝙊𝙉 𝙏𝙃𝙀𝙈𝙀 Is based on the unique shape of your private event! After a preliminary check in, Mysfit creates a fun playlist and set of physical movement to meet the speed, mood, and accessibility of you & your companions. 🙏 𝙈𝙔𝙎𝙁𝙄𝙏 𝘽𝙍𝙄𝙉𝙂𝙎 𝙏𝙃𝙀 𝙎𝙏𝙐𝘿𝙄𝙊 𝙏𝙊 𝙔𝙊𝙐 With mats, blankets, props, lighting & sound.
